Candidate required: Handyman/Patcher
• Job Type: Temporary

• Level of experience, qualifications & related training*: CSCS
• Duration: 4 Weeks

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable Handyman / Patcher to assist with day-to-day maintenance and patch repair work on a live construction or housing site in Bideford. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills with a focus on plaster patching and minor finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patch plastering walls and ceilings to a good standard
• Basic painting and making good
• General snagging and touch-ups
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Communicating with site management for ongoing tasks

Requirements:
• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience in multi-trade work, particularly patching/plastering
• Own tools and PPE
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Rate of Pay
