Temp to Perm Payroll & Finance Assistant – Scunthorpe – Up To £28,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a well-established business for providing customers with the best in distribution. They are looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis during a period of growth.

Payroll & Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

Payroll - assist in payroll of monthly salaries, year end process, financial year end closing process
First point of contact for any payroll queries
Assisting with inputting purchase invoices, reconciling statements, setting up payments
Assisting with inputting sales invoices and creating credit notes
Assisting with customer queries
Support the finance team with any other ad-hoc duties when required
Required Skills & Experience:
IT Literate
Previous experience of working in a Payroll/Finance role desirable
Ability to collaborate well with others, but also work independently when required
Attention to detail, an inquisitive nature and accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Excellent organisational and administration skills
