Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant - South East London

Positions Available: 5 Graduate Inclusion Support Assistants
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: September 2025 (earlier starts available)

Key responsibilities: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant - Southwark

Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and student engagement
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Monitor and track student progress under the guidance of the SENCOIdeal candidates will have: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant

A 2:2 degree or above (any subject welcome)
Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A desire to pursue a career in teaching or educational support
Availability to work full-time for the full academic yearThis role is perfect for graduates who: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant

Are exploring careers in education, SEN, or youth work
