An influential name in luxury, known for its innovation, authenticity, and strong cultural identity, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to support its flagship store in Amsterdam.

This is more than a retail leadership role - it's an opportunity to shape a client-first culture, lead an exceptional team, and bring CRM and clienteling strategies to life in a high-performing environment.

Your Impact:

Partner with the Store Manager to drive flagship performance, both commercially and culturally
Lead and develop a team to deliver elevated, one-to-one client experiences
Champion CRM and clienteling initiatives - segment, activate, and grow a loyal client base
Ensure the highest operational standards across visual merchandising, stock management, and team development
Act as a true brand guardian - embodying luxury values, discretion, and deep brand knowledge
Build internal culture through values-led leadership, celebrating individuality and inclusionWhat You Bring:

2-4 years' experience in a luxury retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
Proven success in CRM, clienteling, and building high-value customer relationships
A commercial mindset - comfortable interpreting KPIs and leading retail strategy
Calm, composed, and inspiring in fast-paced, high-touch environments
A hands-on leader - present on the floor, coaching and elevating team performance daily
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or other languages are a plusWhy Join:
