Early Years Practitioner

Location: Lambeth, South London
Contract: Long-term | Full-time | Term-time only | 8.30-4.30
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rates: 90-110 per day

We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join a welcoming nursery team in Lambeth. This opportunity is a term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, supporting children aged 0-5 in their early development.

The role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll help shape the early learning experiences of young children by:

Delivering the EYFS curriculum in a fun, engaging way
Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
Working closely with colleagues and parents to track progress and adapt learning plans
Creating a stimulating, play-based environment
Acting as a key worker for a small group of children

Requirements:

Experience working within the EYFS framework
A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
A genuine passion for early years education
Strong teamwork and communication skills
