Description

A long-standing Quantity Surveying consultancy in Surrey / Southwest London are seeking a reliable Quantity Surveyor who enjoys travelling to projects across the UK.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The Partners of a close-knit Quantity Surveying team are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable and able to carry out pre and post contract services such as preparing bills of quantities, schedule of works, and be able to present work to clients.

Project wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a nice mix of leisure, university, and high end residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Holds a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* Solid pre and post contract experience

* Able to work independently and present to clients

* PQS / Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience

* Driving licence and car – happy to travel to projects across the UK

In Return?

* £50,000 - £60,000

* Business mileage and expenses
