Description

A top-tier, regionally renowned law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Associate to join their thriving Lymington office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated Associate to handle a caseload of high-value and often complex property transactions within a firm recognised in The Times' Best Law Firms 2024. The successful Associate will benefit from a collaborative team environment, long-term progression opportunities, and access to an impressive client base.

This career-focused firm places people at the heart of everything they do, with a "human-first" ethos and a culture that supports development at every stage. As an Associate, you'll join a close-knit team with a reputation for delivering expert legal advice to high-net-worth clients across the South East and London. Matters often involve unusual challenges such as tight deadlines, listed buildings, and large estates-ensuring varied and stimulating work.

The Associate's role

As an Associate, you will manage your own caseload of high-net-worth and complex property transactions. This includes handling matters from instruction to completion, while maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and new clients. The role will also include opportunities to get involved with the supervision of junior team members and contribute to wider business development activities.

This is a key role for someone looking to advance their career within a respected team. You'll benefit from clear development routes, training, and mentoring to support progression to Senior Associate level.

The Associate

Ideally, the right individual will have:

Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
Proven experience in high-value residential transactions and complex conveyancing work.
An interest in developing mentoring or leadership skills.
Confidence in networking and participating in marketing activities.
A client-focused mindset, with strong communication skills and a personable approach.

In Return?

Competitive salary £55,000 - £70,000.
Tailored development and training programmes.
28 days' annual leave, private medical insurance, and firmwide bonus.
Life assurance, income protection, and a strong pension scheme.
Supportive and inclusive working culture with potential hybrid options.
