Are you an experienced Audio Visual Manager passionate about AV and ready to take charge? We’re seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager to lead our newly relaunched AV department. This hands-on, client-facing Audio Visual Manager role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, manage live events, and oversee cutting-edge audio-visual solutions.

Audio Visual Manager Role Overview:

🎤 Oversee live events, ensuring top-tier sound, vision, lighting, and staging.
📅 Lead & schedule the AV team, managing workflows & training.
🤝 Work directly with clients, delivering a first-class AV experience.
🔧 Maintain, upgrade & manage AV equipment—both installed & portable.
📑 Handle documentation, including risk assessments & method statements.
🚀 Implement new AV technologies, shaping future workflows.

What You’ll Need

✔ AV industry expertise, including modern tech & systems.
✔ Leadership experience, managing teams & client relationships.
✔ Full Category B Driver’s Licence.
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
