Your Role as a Drama ECT

* Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theoretical Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

* Inspire students through creative and interactive teaching methods, developing their confidence and performance skills.

* Collaborate with your mentor and the wider department to continuously refine your teaching practice.

* Direct and support school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment activities.

* Foster a love of theatre and performance, encouraging critical thinking and artistic exploration.
