An outstanding and well-respected primary school in Hertfordshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join their vibrant EYFS team from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in their crucial first steps in school, laying strong foundations for lifelong learning and development.

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that meet the needs of all learners across the EYFS curriculum

*

Support children in developing early communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills

*

Use assessment data effectively to monitor progress and tailor teaching

*

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates and nurtures all pupils

*

Work closely with your EYFS team and wider staff to ensure a seamless transition from home to school

*

Communicate effectively with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching EYFS

*

A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles

*

Excellent classroom management and strong interpersonal skills

*

Enthusiasm, creativity, and a reflective approach to teaching

*

Commitment to inclusive education and supporting every child’s development
