We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher for a high-achieving school in Croydon, starting September 2025. This is a full-time position. Interviews will be held as soon as possible.

KS2 Teacher Responsibilities

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of KS2 students.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets.

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and independence.

* Differentiate learning to support all abilities, ensuring every child can make progress.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery.

* Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress.

* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and whole-school activities.

KS2 Teacher Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Proven experience teaching in KS2 with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.

* A passion for high standards of teaching and learning.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

* A team-oriented approach and commitment to contributing to the school community.

* Commitment to continuous professional development.
