Are you a dedicated and passionate ARP Teacher ready to make a difference? A supportive primary school in Barking is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their Additional Resource Provision (ARP) team, starting September 2025. You will have the opportunity to work with students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

📚 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students within the Additional Resource Provision.
✔️ Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
✔️ Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to provide effective support and intervention.
✔️ Monitor and assess students' progress, using personalized learning plans to inform teaching strategies.
✔️ Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's progress and development.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND and ARP.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
🔹 Experience working with students with additional needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
🔹 Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and ARP provisions.
🔹 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
🔹 A commitment to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
🔹 Passion for creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
