FULL TIME MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADMINISTRATOR

FINANCIAL SERVICES, SUTTON COLDFIELD

Previous Mortgage Administration background isn’t essential as full training is provided.

A strong Administration background and a good attitude is what we are looking for.

Salary £19,000 Plus Bonus = Projected overall Annual Earnings £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum.

Monday - Friday (No weekends)

An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Mortgage & Protection Administrator

to join our clients successful Financial Services Division.

The successful candidate will be based at the companies Sutton Coldfield office.

* Duties will include providing administration and compliance support to our team of successful Mortgage Advisers, liaising with clients, mortgage lenders, insurers and solicitors to ensure their mortgage completes as smoothly as possible.

* Requesting customer documentation, ensuring all relevant documents are returned correctly and accurately checking, chasing and collating all details.

* Ensuring all relevant case notes and documents are provided to all parties.

* Carrying out compliance checks to ensure all mandatory documents are present and correct.

* Submit Home & Personal insurance policies and place on risk.

* Track and manage the mortgage application to completion.

* Keeping the client and the adviser fully updated throughout the house buying, mortgage application journey.

* Maintaining adherence to company, network and regulatory body guidelines at all times is essential.

The candidate should possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be conversant in Microsoft Word/Office and Excel. Along with a history of using CRM databases.

Demonstrate superb organisational and time management skills, be able to prioritise and adapt to challenging workloads.

Have a methodical and exacting approach to compliance and administration.

Be a terrific team player with the self-motivation to also work independently.

The ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential.
