Take charge as a Production Shift Team Leader in the FMCG industry and oversee efficient operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description

Supervise and lead production teams to meet daily targets efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Coordinate with other departments to optimise workflow and resolve issues.
Monitor and maintain equipment to minimise downtime in production.
Track and report on production performance metrics.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Train and mentor team members to develop skills and performance.

A successful Production Team Leader should have:
