Estimator | Drylining & Interior Fit-Out | Up to £75,000 + Benefits | East London
 
Are you an experienced Estimator with a drylining background looking to join a fast-growing, specialist subcontractor? This is your chance to work with a respected interiors contractor delivering high-quality commercial and residential fit-outs across London and the South East.
 
With a strong pipeline of Tier 1 and developer-backed projects, this role is perfect for an Estimator who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a close-knit, professional team focused on technical excellence and client satisfaction.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
Reading technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities to produce detailed cost plans
Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and clarify scope
Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings as needed
Supporting handover to the delivery team, including compiling tender packs and clarifications
Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Directors on project strategy and pricing reviews About You
Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in drylining or interior fit-out
Strong knowledge of SFS, MF ceilings, partitions, and acoustic/fire-rated systems
Ability to interpret drawings and technical specs confidently
Commercially minded with great attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers
Suitable for Estimators looking to step up or established professionals seeking more autonomy About the Company
