Description

Aspire People are currently seeking a Qualified Geography Teacher to teach KS3-4 in one of secondary schools in S81.
You will be responsible for delivering and planning lessons to GCSE standard.
This role is SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER with possibility for further extension. The position is for 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
You will need to hold QTS or NQT and have experience teaching Geography to KS3. (qualified teachers with History or RE background who are eager to learn a new subject will be considered)
The school is looking for a confident teacher with good communication and behaviour management.
Location - Worksop

* Rate of pay - £150 - £200 - Per Day
* Hours - 8:20am-4pm (term time only)
Experience, Training and Qualifications
It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching Geography in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Aspire People if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Aspire People, you must:

* Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
* Provide two professional child related references.
