Our long term client are looking for an organized and proactive Account Executive to support their sales team.  Key responsibilities include managing client enquiries, preparing accurate quotes, sending product samples, and handling the shared inbox to distribute emails efficiently. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless support for both clients and the sales team.

Monday to Friday - £30000 - £32500 depending on experience plus KPI bonuses.

Key Skills

Ability to complete tasks quickly while also paying attention to detail
Highly organised and able to cope with pressure
Ability to understand client needs & present a proposal that accurately covers their requirements
Learn about suppliers and how to create quotations (training will be provided)
Proficient in the use of all standard Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel etc)
Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and interact at all levels of business
Tasks

Account Executive role

Filter incoming enquiries and respond professionally & promptly.  Larger enquiries are typically dealt with by an Account Manager, but you will be responsible for smaller enquiries
Take a client brief and produce an accurate quote.  Follow up the quote (will also involve dealing with client questions & revisions where required)
To assist with other sales tasks, for example sending out product samples & preparing presentations for client visits
Managed shared inbox, filtering & distributing emails to team members
Provide holiday cover for other members of the team
