Are you a Design Engineer or similar with a background in Product Development, seeking to join a market-leading cleaning solutions company renowned for its innovation and manufacturing excellence?

Are you ready to take on a senior role where you'll mentor a junior team member and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work with two days from home?

In this role, you will use SolidWorks to create technical drawings that support the development and enhancement of innovative, market-leading products made from plastic materials and used globally. You will mentor a junior designer through one-on-one support by reviewing their work and providing feedback. This position offers the opportunity to pursue management and manufacturing-specific training.

This would suit a Design Engineer or similar from a product development background seeking to join a well-established, reputable company with a strong industry presence that will support you to management.

The Role:

Creating technical drawings for new and old products
Use SolidWorks to produce drawings
Mentoring a junior by checking their drawings and giving guidance
Training on management and manufacturing specifics
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5am Friday 8:30 - 3:30 (37.5hrs), hybrid x2 days from homeThe Person:
