Overview

GI Pro are recruiting for a Welder Fabricator for our multi-sector steel fabrication client based in Nottingham
Working a day shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Combining 70% workshop and 30% site work, will be all local
Paying up to £16ph,
Overtime is available at enhanced rates at 1.3x
This is a permanent role with immediate starts

The company - Manufacturer of handrails and drum stands

The role:

Bespoke welding and fabricating for multiple sector clients (including Severn Trent)
Predominantly MIG Welding from 3mm - 15mm thick Mild and stainless
Full fabrication work from engineering drawings, and machinery (experience in CNC Folding will be an advantage)
Site work is mainly local across Nottinghamshire, so will not include staying away
If opted in for the site option, you will use a company van
70% Shop floor and 30% site work all

Candidate attributes

You will be able to fully fabricate and MIG weld
You will be happy to do site work and be proficient with working with mild steel
