07.00 – 17.15 Monday – Thursday 1pm finish on a Friday
£33,930 - £38,610 DOE
 
Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and growing company? We are excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing business in Daventry, who are looking for Bystronic press brake operators to join them on a permanent basis. 
If you have a passion for precision, and want to be part of a dedicated team, this could be the perfect role for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain Bystronic press brake machines (80 to 150 tonnes).
Manufacture component parts according to production schedules, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and KPIs.
Occasionally assist with operating the Laser machine as needed.
Perform rolling and forming tasks when required.
Contribute to the smooth running of the department by undertaking additional ad hoc duties as necessary. 
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in operating press brake machines, particularly Bystronic and or Edwards Pearson models.
Strong technical skills with the ability to set and program machines (highly desirable).
A keen eye for detail with a methodical and precise approach to work.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
Able to work flexibly and as part of a team to meet production targets
