An Outstanding mixed-gender secondary school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a fantastic full-time permanent RE Teacher to join their Humanities department for a September start. What you'll be doing:

* You'll be crafting and delivering engaging RE lessons that explore various faiths, ethical dilemmas, and philosophical concepts.

What we're looking for:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Religious Education.

* Experience teaching engaging and effective RE lessons at Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally 5.

* A deep and current understanding of religious and ethical studies, plus the ability to facilitate meaningful discussions.

* Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a knack for encouraging open-minded inquiry.
