SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you patient and resilient, with a good understanding of how young children with SEN communicate and learn?
Join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Lewisham as a full-time team member starting September 2025. This welcoming school serves children aged 3 to 11 and places well-being, creativity, and inclusive education at the heart of its mission.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies tailored to student needs
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes confidence and independence
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication development, and sensory needs in both classroom and specialist settings
