Description

As a HR Manager, you will business partner the Site Manager and oversee and manage HR operations across the logistics teams. This temporary role is based on site in Dunstable and requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures to support organisational growth goals.

Description

Manage and oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, and performance management
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
Develop management capability through training and implementing HR processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
Business partner leadership teams to support growth and organisational goals
Support managers and employees with HR-related queries and concerns
Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills
Assist in organisational change and restructuring initiatives as neededProfile

A successful HR Manager should have:

Proven experience within a HR Manager or HRBP role, working with operational teams - ideally within retail, logistics, engineering/manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements
Comfortable working in an environment where you'll build the HR function from the ground up
Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across a range of stakeholders
Proficiency in HR systems and tools for managing payroll and employee data.
The ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsJob Offer

Competitive daily rate of £300-£350 a day
Temporary role with the opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the business
