Job Title: Registered Manager (Homecare)

Location: Walsall, UK

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and oversee our Homecare services in Walsall. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care services to our clients, ensuring that their individual needs and preferences are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Homecare services, ensuring that all care is delivered in line with CQC standards and regulations.
Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure they are up to date and reflect any changes in their needs.
Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and staff training records.
Liaise with external healthcare professionals and agencies to coordinate and provide the best possible care for our clients.
Ensure that all staff are following proper infection control procedures and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new care staff, including conducting interviews and completing all necessary checks.
Monitor and manage the budget for the Homecare services, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a Homecare setting.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and external professionals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
