The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing company invoices and ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Description

Handle accounts payable for the company
Process invoices and confirm pricing
Ensure timely payment of bills and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with finance regulations
Liaise with other departments to resolve accounting issues
Participate in finance department meetings
Assist in developing accounting procedures and policies

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Ability to handle confidential information
Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
