The Company you will be working for;

Mtrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Senior Export Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you feel you have the required skills and experience then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

* Coordinating export schedules with internal departments.

* Managing international shipping, freight bookings, and documentation.

* Processing orders and invoices using internal systems and SAGE200.

* Overseeing order loading and logistics tracking.

* Ensuring accurate document delivery in line with payment terms.

* Supporting quality assurance and trade event logistics.

About You;

* Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).

* Supervisory experience would be an immediate advantage

* Strong organisation and time management abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE200 ideal).

* Awareness of cultural sensitivities in international trade.

* Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics preferred.

* Knowledge of export compliance and documentation
