Production Operative / Packer
Location: Wrexham
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:.30am - 2pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established, family-run packaging company based in Wrexham. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and logistics.

You will initially be involved in packing coolants, with opportunities to progress into other areas of the business, such as operating box-making machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machinery (basic level)
Pack and prepare products for distribution
Perform manual handling and regular lifting
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area
Meet daily production and quality targets
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Focused on quality and efficiency
Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
