Vehicle Cleaning Operative

Location: Newmarket, Suffolk

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am – 5:30pm

Hourly Rate / Salary: £12.21 per hour

Duration: Temporary ongoing

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Vehicle Cleaning Operative to join our clients team based in Newmarket, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles to a high standard.

Job Duties:

* Washing the exterior of vehicles using hoses, pressure washers and power steamers

* Removing dirt, mud and road grime from bodywork, wheels and undercarriage

* Checking for and reporting any exterior damage or scratches

* Ensuring all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly

What we are looking for:

* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Physically fit and capable of manual work

* Awareness of health and safety practices

* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
