Location: Macclesfield
Start Date: September 2025
Key Stages: KS3 – KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term or Permanent

Are you a passionate and inspiring RE Teacher looking for your next opportunity this September?

We are working closely with an Outstanding secondary school that is seeking a dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join their high-achieving Humanities department. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach well-behaved, motivated students in a supportive and academically ambitious environment.

The Role:

*

Teaching RE across KS3–KS4 (KS5 is a bonus but not essential)

*

Planning and delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons

*

Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress

*

Participating in department meetings, CPD, and whole school events

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*

Experience teaching Religious Education in UK secondary schools

*

A strong subject knowledge and a passion for RE

*

Excellent classroom management and communication skills
