As a Client Service Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of the firm, ensuring clients receive a professional yet approachable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and sending client communications with meticulous attention to detail.
Maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment for clients and visitors.
Answering telephone calls promptly, taking accurate messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Providing general administrative support to the practice.
