Search are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Construction team in Dundee. Our Construction team focused on Trades & Labour roles across the local area, working with of the UK's biggest construction companies. We recruit for a range of positions including Labourers, Joiners, Electricians, and more.

What you'll be doing:
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with current clients while hunting down new business opportunities.
* Interviewing candidates to ensure they're the perfect match.
* Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish, making things smooth and straightforward for clients and candidates alike.
* Acting as a trusted advisor, really understanding client needs to deliver recruitment solutions that work.
* Growing your personal brand by smashing targets and becoming a go-to expert in your market.

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a sales role where you've worked towards KPIs and financial targets.
* Confidence in building relationships, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
* Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
