This isn’t just a sales role. You’ll be the strategic force behind securing major contracts (ranging from £10K to £500K+ annually), nurturing key relationships, and shaping the future of the business. With a clear path to leadership, you’ll also manage and mentor a small team of talented BDMs, helping them grow while you do the same.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:

Win new business and secure long-term, high-value contracts

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients — from first contact through to signed agreements

Lead and inspire a small team of Business Development Managers, providing mentorship and commercial insight

Own the bid and tender process, ensuring every submission is strategic, tailored, and compelling

Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Use your commercial instincts to identify new markets, gaps, and opportunities

Create and execute strategic sales plans that deliver results and drive growth

💼 What We’re Looking For:

A proven B2B sales leader with a track record of closing significant deals

Confident managing both clients and teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style

Strong experience in preparing and managing bids, tenders, and proposals

Commercially sharp, target-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients

Comfortable managing a pipeline, CRM, and reporting with precision
