This is an exciting opportunity to join their production team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a hands-on role in supporting smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing processes.
As Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring products are made to the correct specification. Machine Operator Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently to ensure continuous production
* Produce all products according to specified recipes and production instructions
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area, always ensuring the highest hygiene standards
* Identify and report any product or machinery issues promptly
* Communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
* Ensure all documentation, labelling, and record-keeping is completed accurately
* Support the production team with general duties as required
Machine Operator Key Requirements
* Experience in the Food and/or Fresh Produce sectors, with production / packing machinery
* Training in food safety, manual handling, or workplace health and safety
* Good communication skills in spoken and written English
* Confidence with basic maths and comfortable using mental arithmetic
* A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions closely
* A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
* Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards

Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00pm - 10.00pm
