Vehicle Strip Fitter / Vehicle Trimmer

Long Bennington

£25.00 per hour LTD - Ongoing Contract - (£45,000 - £52,000 per year)

Large Vehicle Preparation site
Monday - Friday only - 42.5 hours per week
LTD or PAYE rates available

Vehicle Trimmer / MET Strip fitter - NO Mechanical - We currently have a Vehicle Trimmer / Vehicle Strip fitter position available for a large automotive organisation based in Long Bennington, to carry out light exterior trim activities within a state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre.

You will need to have MET Strip Fitter / vehicle trimmer experience to be successful in securing this position, and we can offer an immediate start.

The Job: Vehicle Trimmer / Strip Fitter / MET Technician

Working in a large vehicle preparation centre and state of the art facility, you will be tasked with removing and refitting localised trim components on the cars
Accurately undertake the removal of vehicle parts (body parts, mechanical, electrical, and trim)
Removing damaged components in preparation for repairs.
Re-fitting components to restore the vehicle back to a manufacturer approved standard
Assistance with any other tasks as directed.
Work within specified times and work in line with repair methodsJob experience: Vehicle Trimmer / Strip fitter / MET Technician

You will be experienced working within the automotive sector working as a Trimmer or strip and fit technician.
You will understand repair methods required for this job role.
Pay rates £25 LTD or £20.27 PAYE
