Location: Richmond upon Thames

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Second in Charge of English to join a vibrant secondary school in Richmond upon Thames. The Role

The Second in Charge of English will:

* Assist the Head of Department in curriculum planning, development, and assessment.

* Support the line management and professional development of English teachers.

* Contribute to monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning across the department.

* Lead specific departmental initiatives and projects (e.g., literacy intervention, extracurricular clubs).

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate English teacher with QTS/QTLS who:
