Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

As a KS2 Teacher, you'll be confident planning and delivering engaging lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and creating a supportive classroom environment. We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions, and specialist SEND settings. As a Heart of Supply educator, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments. What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching across Key Stage Two (KS2) (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
* Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
