Role: KS2 Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications). Plus up to £375 Welcome Bonus - our way of saying thank you for choosing Heart of Supply (T&Cs apply)

As a KS2 Teacher, you'll be confident planning and delivering engaging lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and creating a supportive classroom environment. About the school
We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions, and specialist SEND settings. Whether you’re passionate about early years, KS2, or supporting pupils with additional needs, we’ll match you with schools that align with your skills and values. As a Heart of Supply educator, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments. What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching across Key Stage Two (KS2) (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
* Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
