Role: KS1 Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications) Plus up to £375 Welcome Bonus - our way of saying thank you for choosing Heart of Supply (T&Cs apply)
About the role
KS1 Teachers, whether phonics or fractions are your passion, Heart of Supply is supporting schools across Lincoln looking for strong KS1 primary practitioners to join their teams.
As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll need a solid understanding of the primary curriculum, a flexible approach and the ability to engage pupils of all abilities. With your creativity, resilience and calm classroom presence, you’ll play a vital role in helping children achieve their best academically, socially and emotionally.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK school
* Confidence delivering early years phonics, reading, and numeracy in line with the national curriculum
* Strong classroom management with a nurturing and encouraging approach
* Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning styles and developmental stages
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
