Graduate Teaching Assistants - September 2025 Start

📍 Location: Kingston upon Thames
📅 Start Date: September 2025
⏰ Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
💰 Pay: £104.71-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the classroom?
We're recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our partner secondary and primary schools across South West London starting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand classroom experience, develop key skills, and build confidence-perfect for aspiring teachers, psychologists, or education professionals.

🔹 About the Role:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups across a range of subjects

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management and resource preparation

Working with students with SEN, EAL, or behavioural needs (full training provided)

Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment

🔹 We're looking for graduates who are:

Passionate about working with young people

Excellent communicators with a proactive attitude

Patient, resilient, and able to adapt to new situations

Keen to gain experience before pursuing a career in teaching, psychology, or education
