Estimator needed in Needham Market / Stowmarket
Temporary to Permanent
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm
£17.95 - £23.00 per hour (£35,000 - £45,000pa)

Are you an experienced Estimator looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a reputable construction client who is ready to bring the right person on board ASAP.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Produce accurate and competitive quotations based on technical drawings and specifications
Analyse engineering drawings to develop tailored project estimates
Source and manage pricing from suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Stay updated on the product range, manufacturing processes, and installation requirements
Oversee the sales process from enquiry to order placement, ensuring a smooth client experience
Manage customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
Support procurement by aligning sourcing with project estimates
Nurture client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Keep up with industry trends to spot potential opportunities
Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements and present proposalsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Estimator position:

Background in estimating or technical sales within the construction industry is highly advantageous
Confident interpreting technical drawings and producing accurate quotes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
