QA Manager – Food Manufacturing
📍 Walsall | 💷 £40k | Days Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a switched-on QA Manager to join a growing food manufacturer in Walsall. You’ll be reporting to the Technical Manager and leading a small quality team, making sure standards stay sky-high and systems run smoothly.

You’ll need solid experience in food manufacturing, a good grip on QMS, and the confidence to spot gaps and suggest improvements. Strong people skills are a must – you’ll be managing three team members, keeping them engaged, focused, and developing.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing day-to-day quality on site

*

Leading and developing a team of 3 QA staff

*

Keeping QMS up to scratch and audit-ready

*

Spotting issues and suggesting smart fixes

*

Working closely with production and technical teams

QA/Technical experience in food manufacturing

Confident people manager – leads by example

Strong with QMS and continuous improvement

Analytical mindset with a can-do attitude
