Electrician – Static Site (Cardiff)

Salary: £38,000 + Additional On-Call & Mileage Pay
Location: Cardiff (Static Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Key Benefits:

* On-Call Pay: £130 per day (1 week in 4 rotation)

* Mileage Reimbursement: 45p per mile when driving to site

* Enhanced Overtime Rates:

* 1.5x pay on Saturdays

* 2x pay on Sundays

Role Overview:

This position offers a stable and rewarding opportunity for an experienced electrician to work on a static site in Cardiff. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient electrical operations while adhering to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive electrical repairs

* Troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving faults efficiently

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

* Supporting site-wide engineering requirements as needed

Requirements:

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)

* Strong experience in maintenance and fault finding

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
