An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Biology Teacher to join a thriving and high-performing science faculty at a well-respected secondary school in Aylesbury, beginning September 2025. This full-time, permanent post is open to experienced professionals and newly qualified ECTs.

As a Biology Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

*

Teaching Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 teaching available for the right candidate

*

Planning and delivering challenging and engaging lessons using both theory and practical work

*

Supporting students to develop strong analytical and lab-based skills

*

Tracking student progress, offering feedback, and preparing students for exams

*

Participating in science-focused events, trips, and clubs

*

Collaborating with colleagues in the wider science faculty

The ideal Biology Teacher will:

*

Hold a degree in Biology or related science and QTS

*

Be passionate about Biology and promoting STEM careers

*

Have the ability to differentiate effectively and inspire across ability levels

*

Be committed to continuous professional development
