Are you a reliable, hands-on professional with a solid work ethic and a full UK driving licence? We’re looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our growing team in Aberdeen, supporting our experienced Thermal Engineers on a range of projects.

🔍 The Role

As a Skilled Labourer, you’ll be a vital part of our operations team, providing on-site assistance to our engineers and contributing to high-quality project delivery. Your tasks will be varied and may include preparing work areas, transporting materials and tools, assisting with installations, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness.

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering stable, long-term employment in a fast-paced, high-demand sector.

✅ What You’ll Need

A full UK driving licence – driving between sites is essential

*

Previous labouring or site experience

*

A proactive and adaptable approach to work

*

Willingness to assist the thermal engineering team with a variety of tasks

Strong awareness of site health & safety
