Description

Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records.
Address and resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices promptly.
Prepare and provide accurate financial reports related to credit control activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to address client account issues efficiently.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines.
Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures at all times.Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

Previous experience in credit control or a similar financial role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
