Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Manager

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will curate a fresh and evolving menu of food, wine, and drinks that celebrates Scottish heritage. Your leadership will drive restaurant and bar operations with energy and professionalism, ensuring every guest has a seamless, memorable, and authentic experience. You’ll coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, warmth, and pride in service. Additionally, you will create operational efficiencies that enhance the guest experience while taking ownership of health & safety, hygiene, budgets, and overall performance. Hosting the floor will be second nature for you as you read the room, support your team, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual who loves good food, fine wine, and great people - someone who finds joy in helping others enjoy these too. You should be a food & beverage management professional with strong hands-on experience in similar environments. As a natural leader, you listen well, inspire trust, and build confident and kind teams. Your excellent communication skills and hospitable persona will shine through as you manage demanding situations calmly and with organization. Above all, you’re deeply committed to authenticity, sustainability, and maintaining high standards in everything you do.
