Job Title: Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer
Location: Berkshire / Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Overview:
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join a well-established team covering the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas. This is a mobile role offering a great opportunity for a time-served engineer to work on a range of commercial and industrial sites.

Package & Benefits:

Salary up to £50,000 DOE

Door to Door Pay (40-hour week)

On-call pay + £150/week standby allowance

28 days holiday plus bank holidays

Fully equipped company van

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and chiller systems

Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions

Provide high levels of customer service on-site

Participate in the on-call rota

Maintain accurate records and complete job sheets

Essential Requirements:

Time-served apprenticeship in relevant engineering discipline

NVQ or City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

Completion of an approved training program

C&G 2079 (F-Gas) or CITB equivalent in refrigerant handling

Full UK Driving Licence

Proven experience in servicing and maintaining a wide range of AC and chiller systems
