An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join a respected design studio delivering high-end residential projects across Surrey and Southeast London.

Senior Interior Designer / Architect, you will be responsible for managing residential interior projects from concept to completion, leading client relationships and overseeing on-site activity. This full-time role offers salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

Leading client meetings and presenting design concepts with confidence.
Developing and managing interior projects from early design stages through to installation.
Creating precise AutoCAD drawings and detailed design documentation.
Coordinating with suppliers, contractors and trades on site.
Managing timelines, budgets and material schedules.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as an Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architect, Senior Design Consultant, Interior Design Project Manager, Residential Designer, Interior Technical Designer, Interior Design Manager or in a similar role.
At least 6 years’ experience in senior role. 
Posses 3 years’ experience in residential interior design experience gained across Surrey and London.
Background in site coordination, joinery and high-end finishes.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in AutoCAD and ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
Full UK driving licence.
