Primary Teacher – Full-Time – Harlow, Essex

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Harlow, Essex. This is a full-time position suitable for qualified teachers with classroom experience, who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a lasting impact in the lives of young learners.

Location: Harlow, Essex
Position: Full-Time Primary Teacher
Pay: £31,650 to £49,084 (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025
Eligibility: Open to qualified teachers with prior classroom experience

The Role

As a Primary Teacher in Harlow, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality lessons across the primary phase

Planning, marking, and assessing in accordance with school and curriculum expectations

*

Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

*

Managing classroom behaviour effectively

*

Liaising with parents, carers, and other professionals where appropriate

*

Contributing to the wider school community and attending staff meetings and training

Requirements

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Proven experience teaching in a UK primary school

*

Strong classroom management and planning skills

*

A thorough understanding of the primary curriculum

*

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

*

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
