Primary School Teachers (ECTs) Needed – Southend-on-Sea
Strategy Education are recruiting for ECTs, who are looking for their first role in September 2025. Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher ready to make your mark in the classroom? We’re here to support you every step of the way!
At Strategy Education, we specialise in connecting passionate, Early Career Teachers with exciting teaching opportunities. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, a long-term role, day-to-day supply, or that perfect permanent position, we’re here to help you find your fit. We have primary schools in various parts of Southend-on-Sea, who are seeking Early Career Teachers to join their team to gain experience and grow in their teaching journey
If you do not find the right fit for you straight away, we have plenty of opportunities for you to teach on a temporary basis, gaining valuable experience in the classroom, whilst we find you the right school for you.
Teachers working in primary schools will be:
Planning and delivering lessons
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing and monitoring children’s progress
Managing classroom behaviour
Communicating with parents and guardians
Collaborating with colleagues and school staff
