Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Career Teacher (ECT) with QTS, looking to begin your teaching journey in the Early Years?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive and welcoming primary school in Salford seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to gain valuable experience in a well-resourced setting, with strong leadership and excellent support.

* 📍 Location: Salford
* 📅 Start Date: September 2025
* 👶 Full-time role teaching within School based Nursery
* 💷 Paid to scale from day one

✨ The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be passionate about Early Years education
* Have strong communication and classroom management skills
* Be enthusiastic, creative, and ready to inspire young learners
* Be an ECT looking for a supportive first school (though experienced teachers are welcome to apply too!)
